Naming Your Positive Emotions
We’ve talked about the importance of naming and understanding our negative emotions so that we can identify and address the elemental imbalance we are going through. Now we can examine the flip-side of the coin: naming the types of happiness we feel when we are balanced in each of the Five Elements.
By naming our happiness, we can start the process of reflection and examination that will help us to know how to create future moments of happiness.
